work process

first step

If you need our services, welcome to contact us in any way (such as email, Whatsapp, website, etc.).

Our customer service manager will reply as soon as possible after receiving your message, and propose a suitable quotation according to the service you need.

If the quotation is suitable, you only need to pay the corresponding deposit, and the service will officially start.

formal production

After receiving the deposit, we will start the preparatory work and start production on the agreed date.

In terms of photo photography, we will complete the basic color correction and retouching of the photos (50 photos) within 3 working days after the shooting is completed.

In terms of video shooting, we will complete the editing of the video (within 10 minutes) within 5 working days after the shooting is completed, and submit a first cut.

Maintenance

We will provide an 18-day warranty period starting from the day of submission of the first-cut or retouched photos.

During the warranty period, customers can make unlimited modifications to videos or photos within 18 days.

If you need to modify the required part, you can ask us for the "Video or Photo Modification Form", and we will modify it as soon as possible.
